Ego Lessons from my 9 year old

Animal Communication First Lesson

Today my 9 year old daughter taught me a thing or two about Ego.

This year our daughter Frankie came to me about her Christmas list. "Mom you know that really pretty nice lady you know that talks with the animals? I want her to teach me how to talk with the animals. That's what I want for Christmas this year!"

Of course I just Loved that idea!! I couldn't ask for a better teacher for my daughter than Ms. Sandra Larson!

So today was the day of her first lesson with Sandra, thank goodness it was scheduled early in the day because I got to hear the countdown to when Sandra would be here all morning long about every 5 minutes

Sandra and Frankie got started and I joined them just as they were beginning to chat with Mocha. Can you see our cat Mocha in the picture? He kind of blends right in with the couch but he is there.

With Sandra gently guiding her through the process Frankie did an awesome job! It was so great to see Frankie do her thing! She didn't hold back , she wasn't afraid of making a mistake or looking silly, she just took a leap of faith and went for it! No EGO! No expectation of the outcome.

Awe the perfect example of how much our kids have to teach us!

This is the turning point that I see time and time again with people I help to connect with their abilities however it usually takes us adults a lot longer to get there.

We have to "test the waters out" so to speak. Make sure it's safe first. Then maybe dip a toe in.

Not Frankie she was ready to Dive on In!

Today Frankie reminded me of that awesome "No FEAR" childlike energy…you know that kind of energy of just going for it because it sounds fun or it's something new to explore that kind of energy we posses before we learn about FEAR or Ego!

If you find yourself holding back because your Ego is doing it's job trying to protect you I suggest spending some time with kids. Observe them at the park, ice skating rink etc.. reconnect with that No Fear Energy…soak it in…

Then Go Take that Leap of Faith!

Yes, kids are pretty remarkable in that way. I love how they always seem to know everything as well. I think a kids favorite saying is ” I know that already.”

Dear Kim,
It was such a pleasure being in your home with Frankie, Cade, Sam, your animals and you, too!  You really are a wonderful Mom and so gifted too!
Frankie had so many amazing 'hits'.  (Cade did too!)
And Sam, wow she is so precious and tenderhearted!  She really cares about animals!  Maybe we should be doing more animal communication with children!

Let's just see how we are guided!
Sweetest Blessings,
