Easy Energy Hygiene/ Management for your family

Energy hygiene is something we talk about often in our home. Managing my energy and vibration is something I do daily as a Medium and as a mom I do my best to help teach my kids ways to manage their vibration. There are many different tools to use meditation, healthy eating and lifestyle, paying attention to your thoughts and words, gratitude the list goes on and on. The key is to try some out and see what works best for you. 

One of my favorite ways to help my family is by using Young Living essential oils. Why? Because it's soooo EASY, Fast and its all natural. If I need a quick shift in my energy I reach for an uplifting oil. 

This past week was the start of the state testing for my kids…this can tend to cause a lot of stress for them. Let's face sitting for 4 hours at a time taking a test is an awful lot to ask of our little ones. It would be difficult for me to do it!

I made sure that we had a good healthy dinner the night before and that they had time to take a nice relaxing essential oil salt bath before bed. We alternated nights using Lavender and Peace & Calming using about 1-2 cups of Sea salt or Epsom salt in a glass bowl add 4-8 drops of the oil of your choice stir then add to bath .

Within a few minutes they begin to relax after 20 minutes they are so relaxed and ready for a good nights sleep! But before they head off to bed we put a blend of the same oil mixed with V6 oil on the bottom of their feet just to give them a little extra help sleeping well. 

I woke up earlier in the morning to make sure I had time to get a healthy breakfast ready for them and to start the diffuser with Young Living Motivation blend.

We packed Young Living Brain Power blend in backpacks for the kids to put on their wrists and neck right before the test. 

They came home feeling great at the end of the day and not all exhausted and drained like the years in the past. 

These same oils can be used for adults in the same way.

What a lovely idea to use essential oil like that. I hadn't heard about using it for energy management. Thanks for this post.

Thank you Amy. It has been a huge help to our family in many ways. I have replaced so many things in our medicine cabinet with Young Living oils.

I like to use lavender oil on my feet and I breathe it in before bedtime. I don't have a diffuser yet, but thinking about it.
